Superheroine Battle Arena, Conference Room
Commissioner X stroked his chin while looking at the display panel. Only a month and a half into the Superheroine Battle League and he was having scheduling difficulties. The next three weeks of matches would all need to be shuffled after half the league was suspended for an unscheduled arena brawl. His assistant Smith just sat at the conference table tapping his datapad annoyingly.
The Commissioner finally decided, “Lucky Star Vs Midnight this week.”
“But Midnight just fought Nike last match. There’s a ten day minimum rest time between fights.”
“I know, we’ll have to make an exception. The ten-day wait is to give the gal a chance to recover and heal. Midnight is a… special case. Her body isn’t technically alive, it’s sustained by necrotic energy and regenerates. She was fine five minutes after her last fight.”
Smith shrugged, “Ok, that sets up the following week for Nike Vs Ursa Mega… the two undefeated wrestlers get to go at it. But we have two more weeks of scheduling. We going to do Lucky and Midnight again after that?”
Commissioner X tented his fingers before his lips and muttered, “No, I have an idea about that…”
